About Me

- In September 2009, my 2 year old son was sickened with E.coli 0157:H7. He developed HUS and spent 3 weeks in the hospital undergoing numerous blood and platelet transfusions and runs of dialysis. He continues to recover at home and we struggle daily to settle into a new "normal."
